It's beginning to look a lot like hiring season.

You can probably see I'm at an outlet mall, people are shopping, people are getting ready for the holidays, looking forward to time with family and hopefully some time off.

And if you will be looking for a new job in 2023, if you'll be applying for admin positions next year, I want to encourage you to use this time, not just as time off, but as time to get ahead, time to get ready and specifically time to get your resume ready.

Because this is one of those things that like the earlier you start, the more revisions you can put in and the better shape your resume can be in by the time jobs get posted.

And see, once those jobs get posted, you're going to be super busy.

School's already going to be back in session.

You're going to be applying for like multiple jobs a week.

Sometimes you're going to have cover letters to write, questions to answer, references to notify.

You're going to have all this other stuff to do.

And you can't do that stuff now, but you can work on your resume now.

So to make this easier for you, I thought what we would do is give away some of our resume templates.

If you go to principalcenter.com slash template, principalcenter.com slash template, you'll see we have 10 sets of templates that are matched.

Each one is named after a mountain range like Rainier or Fuji.

Pick one of those.

You pick one of those.

Let me know the mountain name range or the mountain name that it's named after and email me and we'll send it to you free of charge.

So my email is justin.principalcenter.com.

This is just for you.

So no cost here.

Just let me know which template you want and we'll send it to you.

All I ask is that you send me a little before and after.

And we don't want any names.

We'll blur out names and everything so you don't have to worry about that.

We'll take out all identifying details.

I just want kind of a visual...

before and after to see how much you improved your resume.

And that'll help us show people how much room they have, how much opportunity they have to improve their resumes with our templates.

So totally free.

If you want one of those, go to principalcenter.com slash template and let me know which one you want.

Justin at principalcenter.com.
